You'll design and build scalable data pipelines that power BJAK's analytics and product insights. You'll work with engineering and product teams to ensure reliable, production-ready data infrastructure. This role offers high ownership and autonomy at Southeast Asia's largest insurance platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain scalable batch and streaming data pipelines
• Ingest data from APIs, databases, event streams, and third-party sources
• Manage data models and storage layers for analytics and downstream systems
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for pipeline reliability

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience as Data Engineer or data-heavy Backend Engineer
• Strong programming in Python and/or TypeScript
• Solid SQL proficiency and data modeling understanding
• Experience with data warehouses like BigQuery or Snowflake

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with GCP cloud platform
• Exposure to streaming systems like Kafka or Pub/Sub
• Familiarity with dbt and analytics engineering
