๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead Preply's global SEM strategy across Google, PMax, and emerging AI ad formats. You'll drive nine-figure spend, shape automation, and partner with Data Science to push LTV-based bidding. This role pilots a new AI ad offering, placing you at the frontier of search. You'll own the channel, build the team, and define what AI-enabled SEM looks like at scale.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define and own global SEM strategy across Google Search, PMax, and AI-powered ad formats
- Own channel KPIs, improve ROI, and expand keyword coverage across markets
- Lead LTV-based bidding strategy in partnership with Data Science
- Build and lead a team of specialists, setting direction and capability
๐ Requirements
- Director-level experience in SEM or Performance Marketing with double-digit million budget
- Deep, hands-on understanding of Google Search, Smart Bidding, and PMax at scale
- Experience designing or overseeing SEM automation at scale
- Proven ability in high-growth e-commerce or consumer tech environment
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience working with data science or engineering teams on performance systems
- Experience in multi-language, multi-market environments
- Track record of LTV bidding or prediction models
