• Current valid LPN license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends
• Commitment to providing high-quality home care

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 nursing care to pediatric and adult clients in home setting
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor patient condition and report changes
• Document care using electronic charting (AlayaCare)
• Collaborate with clinical support team
