🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs
• Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with regulations
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers

📋 Requirements

• Fully licensed as an LMFT in Texas
• Ability to work with adult, child, and adolescent populations
• Experience in an outpatient clinical setting
• Commitment to delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, etc.)
• Bilingual in Spanish or other languages
• Prior experience in a group practice setting
