🎯 What You'll Do

• Build scalable data systems for large-scale video processing
• Design distributed data pipelines for preprocessing and dataset generation
• Own workflow orchestration and monitoring for data processing jobs
• Research and develop distillation methods for video generation models

📋 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience building large-scale data systems for ML workflows
• Experience with distributed data processing frameworks like PySpark or Ray
• Strong research background in post-training methods for diffusion or flow-based generative models
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch or JAX

✨ Nice to Have

• Publications at top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV)
• Experience with reward modeling or preference-based fine-tuning (RLHF, DPO)
• Familiarity with video/media processing tools like FFmpeg or OpenCV
