💼 About This Role

You'll lead supply growth for Airbnb Luxe in European ski destinations, acquiring new listings and cultivating host relationships. Your core impact is serving as the on-the-ground market expert combining luxury real estate knowledge with a consultative approach to drive acquisition and host satisfaction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead net-new host and listing acquisition in assigned markets
• Manage portfolio of Luxe hosts as primary point of contact
• Conduct regular business reviews and optimization calls
• Coordinate cross-functionally for escalations and strategic initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or partnerships
• Proven track record of hitting acquisition/revenue targets
• Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management
• English and French or Italian proficiency required
