Description

You will work directly with patients to deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote outpatient setting, independently initiating and managing buprenorphine treatment within a structured, team-supported model of care.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in your state of residence
• 2 years of experience in an independent, outpatient setting regularly prescribing buprenorphine-based medications including initiation
• Reside in one of: AK, AZ, CO, FL, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, MN, NC, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, VA, WA, WY
• Full-time availability: 30-40 hours/week
