💼 About This Role

You'll lead a small product team of 3-5 engineers, spending 30% of your time on management and the rest on active product development. Your core impact is redesigning engineering workflows with agentic automation and building reusable agentic primitives to accelerate delivery. You'll also drive hiring and onboarding for your team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a product team of 3-5 backend and frontend engineers
• Participate in hiring processes and onboard new engineers
• Provide continuous feedback and coach team members
• Design and operationalize agentic workflows end-to-end

📋 Requirements

• Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people
• Extensive experience with Frontend (React, JS, ES6, Jest) or Backend (Elixir/Phoenix)
• Track record of shipping secure, reliable, scalable production systems
• Practical experience designing agentic/automation workflows
