Description

You will manage your own pipeline of warm inbound leads, engaging with business owners to understand their funding needs, present the Liberis solution, and guide them through to completed funding. Collaborating with Partnerships, Operations, and Risk teams, you will ensure a smooth customer experience and work toward individual and team sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage pipeline of warm inbound leads from outreach to funding
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and tailor solutions
  • Present and position funding offers, addressing objections and comparisons
  • Communicate proactively via phone, email, SMS, and WhatsApp to close deals
  • Collaborate with Partnerships, Risk, and Operations for frictionless customer journey
