Description

You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Nextech clients, managing client relationships and optimizing revenue cycle performance. You'll monitor KPIs, identify trends, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely claims submission and payment posting.

Requirements

• 5+ years in revenue cycle management, medical billing, or healthcare account management
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, or equivalent experience
• Experience with Nextech EMR Software and other RCM software (Nextgen, Athena, eClinicalWorks)
• Strong understanding of medical billing, coding (CPT, ICD-10), and reimbursement processes
• 3+ years experience supervising staff and overseeing workflow functions

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Nextech clients, address inquiries and concerns
• Build and maintain client relationships, conduct regular meetings to review RCM performance
• Monitor KPIs (DSO, Denial Rates, AR Aging, Net Collections) and implement solutions
• Collaborate with billing, coding, and collections teams to optimize revenue cycle
• Develop and execute action plans to improve financial outcomes for clients
