Description

You will own and scale Realm's customer-facing advisory function at the intersection of AI, operations, and home renovation. Lead a team to grow revenue from ~$10M to $30M+ in two years, systemizing judgment with AI and preserving customer trust at scale.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years in operations, consulting, marketplaces, fintech, proptech, or similar customer-facing businesses
• Proven experience owning and scaling a revenue-generating, customer-facing team
• Strong in customer psychology, systems design, data, and product feedback loops
• Willingness to move fluidly between strategy and hands-on execution
• Experience hiring and developing elite talent

Responsibilities

• Own P&L outcomes for advisory including conversion, revenue, efficiency, and customer experience
• Scale advisory from ~8 advisors and ~$10M revenue to $30M+ within 2 years
• Redesign workflows so AI handles repeatable judgment-heavy work
• Build scalable systems and dive into frontline problem-solving when needed
• Translate frontline insights into product, pricing, and policy improvements
