💼 About This Role

You'll lead Wintermute's institutional OTC and crypto project liquidity business growth in the UK. You'll own end-to-end deal opportunities and develop a strategic growth plan with support from a collaborative team. This role combines high-frequency trading standards with startup culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Grow institutional OTC business and execute regional growth plans.
• Build partner relationships with exchanges, custodians, and lenders.
• Work with teams to launch new products like derivatives.
• Deepen relationships with crypto projects, VCs, and ecosystem players.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of FICC sales experience with institutional clients.
• Experience with spot and derivatives OTC products, especially options.
• Proven track record of delivering business results (quota achievement).
• Excellent communication skills for educating counterparties.
