You'll join the R&D Data Science & AI Innovation team at Verkor Innovation Center in Grenoble. You'll transform raw data into actionable insights and decision-making models to reduce uncertainties. You'll collaborate with production teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with production teams to identify decision-making needs
• Transform business questions into analytical and data science problems
• Define performance indicators aligned with operational outcomes
• Develop and validate machine learning models

📋 Requirements

• Master or PhD in data science, applied math, or statistics
• 5+ years experience in a similar role
• Fluency in English and French required
• Experience with large-scale datasets in industrial settings

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with distributed systems and parallel processing
• Hands-on experience using Databricks for data exploration and model training
• Proficiency in Apache Spark and MLlib
