💼 About This Role

You'll implement and manage customer experience for Telesat's LEO satellite services, integrating them into daily operations and resolving system outages. You will act as the technical lead for NOC/CSR teams, developing automated workflows and managing service transitions. This role offers the chance to work on a revolutionary LEO network.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead implementation of LEO services with NOC/CSR teams.
• Develop technical implementation plans and schedules.
• Integrate supervisory and BOSS systems for tiered support.
• Manage relationships with sales, engineering, and vendors.

📋 Requirements

• Electronics Engineering Technologist diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of technical experience in telecommunications.
• 3+ years in a telecom Network Operations Center.
• Experience with satellite telecommunications technology.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of RF transmission principles and test equipment.
• Familiarity with L2 services and MEF implementation.
• Bilingualism (English/French).
