💼 About This Role

You'll join the product and engineering team at Shift, a company helping Australian SMEs with cashflow and trade finance. You'll design and deliver Salesforce solutions end-to-end, owning features from design to deployment. This role offers room to innovate and shape core lending and finance products while mentoring engineers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver Salesforce solutions using declarative and programmatic approaches
• Build high-quality LWC and robust Apex (triggers, async, services)
• Own Salesforce CI/CD pipelines and release processes
• Mentor engineers and contribute to design/code reviews

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience
• 3+ years with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce PD1 & PD2 certifications
• Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Managed Packages (preferably Symphonix)
• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud and Salesforce AI (Agentforce/Einstein)
