Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Blackbaud experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer student account billing and record payments
• Follow up on returned/declined payment activity
• Serve as primary collection representative for past due charges
• Review billing reports to identify emerging collection issues
• Apply financial aid awards and handle tuition refund claims
