• Own feedback loops between community and internal teams.
• Identify and activate early members as potential ambassadors.

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years in a community building role.
• Proven success in launching and managing online communities.
• Ability to lead programs with minimal oversight.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product, support.

• Experience with Circle or similar community platforms.
• Familiarity with real estate or entrepreneur communities.
