You'll provide home health visits to clients in Schuylkill County, following care plans and performing wound care, medication administration, and treatments. Enjoy flexible schedules, 1:1 care, and great work/life balance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow a designated care plan per patient's needs
• Make home visits in designated geographic territories
• Perform medication administration, wound care, treatments
• Accurately document observations using a touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum one year recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
