Description

In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and AI capabilities, designing and implementing end-to-end AI solutions using vendor tools and agentic workflows. You will serve as the internal AI subject matter expert, establish governance frameworks, and drive AI adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 5+ years in technology or solutions architecture, with 2+ years in AI/LLM solutions
• Deep understanding of how LLMs work, RAG architectures, and agentic workflows
• Experience evaluating and implementing vendor-based AI solutions (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Camunda, n8n)
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal AI subject matter expert, advising leadership on opportunities
• Translate operational challenges into actionable AI solution requirements
• Design and implement AI solutions and agentic workflows using low-code/no-code platforms
• Establish and maintain company-wide AI Tooling Governance framework
• Educate non-technical stakeholders on LLMs and AI technologies
