💼 About This Role

You'll play a vital role in building and managing Taboola's new Finance Shared Service Center in India from the ground up. Serving as the trusted right hand to global finance leadership, you will recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team dedicated to AR and AP. You'll drive operational excellence and scalable improvements across our global financial landscape.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Launch the India Finance Shared Service Center and build its organizational structure.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a high-performing AR and AP team.
• Oversee end-to-end AR process to ensure healthy cash flow.
• Direct full-cycle AP including timely vendor payments and global payment runs.

📋 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of progressive Finance Operations experience with senior management.
• Proven experience building and scaling shared services teams.
• Deep hands-on expertise with end-to-end AR and full-cycle AP.
• Strong process optimization background with system implementation experience.

✨ Nice to Have

• NetSuite proficiency highly preferred.
• Experience with global payment gateways and billing structures.
• Global tech industry experience.
