You'll lead the Payments vertical in Mexico, managing and mentoring the operations team to drive efficiency through automation and data-driven improvements. Your core impact is driving new product initiatives from ideation to production, building MVPs, and scaling what works. This role stands out for its cross-functional leadership across Sales, Engineering, and Legal, and the opportunity to define long-term strategy in Latin America's open finance ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the Payments product line in Mexico

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience in the Mexican payments ecosystem
• Strong technical foundation and hacker mindset
• Data-obsessed: comfortable analyzing and visualizing data
