Description
You will drive engagement and sales across German governmental ministries and organizations at federal and state levels, positioning Celonis as a strategic transformation partner. You'll build key relationships, own annual sales targets, and orchestrate complex sales cycles with diverse teams.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of German public sector at federal/state level with established network
- Strong background in sales and/or management consulting
- Track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets
- Ability to build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships across complex organizations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (fluent) and English
Responsibilities
- Communicate Celonis public sector value proposition through presentations and proposals
- Own annual sales targets within assigned segment/accounts
- Partner with customers to understand needs and translate into outcomes
- Engage closely with partners (consulting firms, technology vendors) for long-lasting relationships
- Drive complex sales cycles orchestrating virtual teams (BDR, marketing, pre-sales, etc.)
