Description

You will work in Capgemini Invent's AI Garage to drive digital transformation by developing innovative machine learning and advanced analytics solutions from strategy to production. You'll lead data science projects across the full cycle, create client offerings, and help shape our portfolio.

Requirements

• Several years of practical experience in complex agile data science projects
• Experience as (sub-)project lead in AI Strategy, AI for Customer Experience, AI Software Development, or Data Science solution implementation
• Proven competence in developing technology strategies for AI, Analytics, and Data Management
• Outstanding degree in quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics)
• Expertise in programming algorithms and statistical models with Python and/or R

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ML/AI applications from strategy to production
• Drive digital transformation of business processes using data science
• Lead ideation, co-creation, and rapid prototyping in agile AI Garage
• Create and present client proposals and service offerings
• Advance the AI/data science portfolio
