💼 About This Role

You'll own and scale simulation environments and training-to-deployment pipelines for autonomous robotic systems at a defense technology company. Your work will directly impact mission-critical RL and IL training infrastructure for national security applications.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and scale simulation environments for RL training (Isaac Gym, Isaac Lab, MuJoCo)
• Build and maintain training-to-deployment pipeline: model export, validation, on-robot inference
• Develop telemetry and diagnostics tooling for real-time robot state and anomaly detection
• Design safety systems: software e-stops, joint limit monitors, fall detection interlocks

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in robotics simulation, robot software infrastructure, or ML training infrastructure
• Experience with physics simulation tools: NVIDIA Isaac Gym/Lab, MuJoCo, PhysX, or PyBullet
• Strong software engineering skills in Python
• Experience with URDF/MJCF model creation and maintenance

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with NVIDIA Isaac Sim / Omniverse
• Experience with distributed training infrastructure or cluster management
• Familiarity with ROS2, robot middleware, or real-time systems
