💼 About This Role

You'll work closely with Datadog's Director of Partner Solutions Architects to support technical initiatives for partners like cloud migration and DevOps transformation. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating with both Datadog and partner resources to drive successful outcomes. This role offers a hybrid workplace and exposure to cutting-edge observability and cloud technologies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure partner technical resources are onboarded, trained, and certified.
• Participate in joint business planning and review sessions.
• Collaborate on partner technical initiatives like demonstrations and proofs of value.
• Advocate for partner technical concerns with internal teams.

📋 Requirements

• 10-15 years in a customer or partner facing technical role
• Hands-on experience in IT Development and/or Operations
• Confident presentation skills and ability to articulate value from server room to boardroom
• Hands-on experience in two or more of: Observability, Public Cloud, Containerization, Dev/Scripting, Config Mgmt, CI/CD

• Previous experience in a technical role supporting channel partners
• Previous experience using Datadog or other cloud monitoring tools
• Experience with root-cause-analysis and troubleshooting
