🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide remote and onsite IT support to clients
• Troubleshoot hardware, network, and system issues
• Maintain, configure, and upgrade IT equipment
• Respond to incidents within SLA targets

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a Systems Engineer role
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP and networking
