💼 About This Role

You'll lead the pricing model transformation from seat-based to consumption-based within a rapidly scaling SaaS environment. Your work will directly shape how revenue is generated, measured, and scaled across Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on program execution in a highly cross-functional, visible position.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end program management for consumption-based pricing transformation
• Drive modernization of CRM, CPQ, billing, and ERP integrations
• Redesign key revenue processes including quoting, forecasting, and compensation
• Establish governance models, executive reporting, and cross-functional rhythms

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years leading complex cross-functional programs in high-growth SaaS
• Proven experience in pricing model transformations from seat-based to consumption
• Strong understanding of revenue architecture (SKU design, usage metrics, revenue recognition)
• Deep familiarity with GTM systems including Salesforce, CPQ, billing, and ERP
