Description

You will ensure our systems meet stringent quality standards by supporting production test activities, developing automation software, and conducting root cause analysis on failures. You'll collaborate across teams to maintain precision equipment and contribute to new product introduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physics, Engineering, or related technical field
• Experience with data acquisition and processing using MATLAB, Python, or similar
• Familiarity with test automation and report generation concepts
• Foundational understanding of root cause analysis for hardware/software/firmware
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize production test activities for complex infrared systems
• Develop and maintain software for test automation and data analytics
• Conduct root cause analysis of product failures and collaborate on corrective actions
• Generate test work instructions and provide training on equipment usage
• Analyze test data and contribute to continuous improvement and new product introduction
