You'll design and scale leadership development programs that strengthen organizational capability at every career stage. Your work will translate strategic talent priorities into high-impact learning initiatives for emerging and established leaders. This role blends program design, facilitation, and data-driven improvement to directly influence leadership readiness and culture.
π― What You'll Do
- Design, coordinate, and manage leadership development programs including scheduling and participant experience.
- Partner with learning teams to build scalable curricula, nomination processes, and assessments.
- Track program effectiveness through metrics and feedback loops to inform improvements.
- Develop onboarding experiences for new hires and senior leaders.
- Maintain program infrastructure including calendars, dashboards, and participant records.
π Requirements
- 3-5+ years experience in leadership development, organizational development, or talent management.
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, HR, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience designing and delivering leadership programs and assessments.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills with ability to engage leadership audiences.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience supporting or coaching Director and VP-level professionals.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms, Microsoft 365, and digital content tools (Canva, GenAI).
- Coaching or leadership assessment certifications (ICF, Hogan, DiSC, CliftonStrengths).
