Your work will translate strategic talent priorities into high-impact learning initiatives for emerging and established leaders. This role blends program design, facilitation, and data-driven improvement to directly influence leadership readiness and culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, coordinate, and manage leadership development programs including scheduling and participant experience.
• Partner with learning teams to build scalable curricula, nomination processes, and assessments.
• Track program effectiveness through metrics and feedback loops to inform improvements.
• Develop onboarding experiences for new hires and senior leaders.
• Maintain program infrastructure including calendars, dashboards, and participant records.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years experience in leadership development, organizational development, or talent management.
• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, HR, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience designing and delivering leadership programs and assessments.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills with ability to engage leadership audiences.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting or coaching Director and VP-level professionals.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms, Microsoft 365, and digital content tools (Canva, GenAI).
• Coaching or leadership assessment certifications (ICF, Hogan, DiSC, CliftonStrengths).
