You'll work side-by-side with our Head of People to build the infrastructure that powers our hiring engine at a fast-growing health tech startup. Your work will directly unlock scaling systems that enable a rapidly doubling team to continue growing without breaking. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves bringing structure to complexity.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own capacity planning and scheduling to ensure quick time to hire
  • Scale recruiting infrastructure through documentation, SOPs, and information hygiene
  • Build headcount tracking and reporting models for leadership updates
  • Lead talent engagement initiatives including events and social content campaigns

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting operations or adjacent experience in a scaling environment
  • High-slope operator who has built systems that hold up under growth
  • Systems thinker comfortable moving between strategy and execution
  • Detail-oriented with strong data hygiene discipline

  • Familiarity with platforms like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever
