Description

You will oversee daily operations in a vehicle reconditioning center, manage a team of up to 70 associates, and drive continuous improvement to meet quality, production, and cost goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years management in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience leading and developing associates
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Inspection Center operations
• Mentor and hold direct reports accountable
• Ensure adherence to operating and performance standards
• Maintain adequate production capacity and assist with planning
• Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts
