You'll manage the UKI Commercial Sector and shape Elastic's strategy for the Benelux Enterprise Market. You will drive new logo acquisition, create a high-performance environment, and unlock growth in one of Elastic's most promising segments.

- Manage a team of Commercial Account Executives in the UK
- Build and execute a winning sales strategy for UKI Commercial Market
- Actively engage in strategic deals and coach the team
- Design and implement scalable sales processes and customer segmentation

- Proven sales leader with experience running high-performing commercial sales teams
- Experienced leading in a matrix organization
- Growth mindset: resilient, curious, and motivated to build something extraordinary
- SaaS sales leadership experience
