💼 About This Role

You'll lead the revenue cycle lifecycle for a high-growth digital health organization, owning collections forecasting and AR performance. This role drives financial and operational efficiency through data-driven strategies and cross-functional partnerships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full revenue cycle lifecycle including collections forecasting and AR performance
• Build and standardize high-performance collections engine to reduce denials
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex billing disputes and payer negotiations
• Lead KPI tracking and data-driven performance management

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in revenue cycle management
• Strong expertise in collections, accounts receivable, and healthcare billing
• Experience negotiating complex payment issues with health plans
• Deep understanding of CMS regulations and commercial payer behavior

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with EMR and RCM systems and system migration
• Strong analytical skills with track record of improving RCM performance
