💼 About This Role

You'll shape the narrative for Kong's API and Event Management products in the AI connectivity space. Your work will directly impact how enterprises govern and operationalize AI, translating complex infrastructure concepts into compelling stories. You'll partner with Product, Field, and Marketing teams to drive pipeline and accelerate deals in a fast-moving market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop positioning and messaging for API and Event Management products.
• Create seller content including solution briefs, battlecards, and white papers.
• Represent Kong in analyst briefings, industry events, and customer advisory boards.
• Collaborate with Product to shape the roadmap using market intelligence.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product marketing experience.
• 2+ years in developer infrastructure, API management, cloud-native, or data streaming.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into crisp narratives.
• Track record of developing product launches and sales enablement materials.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in open-source software, SaaS platforms, and enterprise go-to-market.
• Familiarity with API connectivity and Event landscape including competing vendors.
