💼 About This Role

You'll provide direct care to residents with memory loss, assisting with daily activities while promoting dignity and well-being. You'll work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure resident-centered care in a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) like dressing, bathing, and toileting.
• Monitor resident status and report changes in condition.
• Respond promptly to call lights and follow care plans.
• Transfer, transport, and escort residents as needed.

📋 Requirements

• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or willingness to learn within 90 days.
• Ability to lift and transfer residents up to 125 pounds unassisted.
