💼 About This Role

You'll provide direct clinical care to seniors in a PACE program, including wound care, IV therapy, and medication management. Your role focuses on preventative care in a low-stress, non-acute environment. You'll enjoy consistent hours with no on-call, weekends, or holidays.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform wound care for complex wounds
• Administer IV hydration and therapies
• Provide medication management
• Instruct participants and families on disease self-care

📋 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Unencumbered RN license
• Reliable means of transportation
• Obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
• CPR and First Aid certification upon hire
• Triaging experience
