💼 About This Role

You'll lead the end-to-end equipment leasing program for DigitalOcean's global cloud platform. You'll drive buy vs. lease decisions, negotiate with capital partners, and manage a multi-million dollar lease portfolio. This role offers a chance to shape infrastructure strategy at a scalable cloud leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute leasing strategies aligned with infrastructure growth plan
• Lead buy vs. lease decisions and select third-party capital partners
• Manage lease portfolio, track financial terms, and monitor for refinancing needs
• Coordinate equipment needs between Infrastructure, Engineering, and Procurement teams

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business, technical, or analytical field
• Experience in financial modeling and forecasting
• Proven experience managing and leasing data center equipment
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and analytical skills
