Description

You'll create social-first content that feels native to each platform, working at the intersection of brand purpose and social culture. You'll concept, shoot, edit, and produce lo-fi content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and more, ensuring it resonates with audiences and drives engagement.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of social content creation with examples of platform-native work generating audience engagement
• Technical confidence across concepting, shooting, editing, and publishing
• Solid editing skills in Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent
• Fluency in TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels
• A feel for cultural relevance and ability to spot trending moments

Responsibilities

• Concept, shoot, edit, and produce social-first content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories, and static formats
• Develop content ideas that translate brand purpose into authentic, platform-native moments
• Produce lo-fi, high-impact content using smartphone and DSLR setups
• Stay current with social trends and translate them into content ideas
• Collaborate with social media managers to align content with publishing calendars
