Description

As a Family Law Attorney at Cordell & Cordell, you will represent clients in divorce, custody, support, and property division cases, drafting legal documents and attending court hearings. You'll work within a supportive national firm that provides robust training and administrative support, allowing you to focus on making a meaningful impact during challenging family transitions.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from accredited law school
• Admission to state bar and in good standing
• 2–7 years of family law litigation experience
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law cases (divorce, child custody, spousal support, property division)
• Draft legal documents (pleadings, motions, agreements)
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on family law changes
• Attend court hearings and trials, present cases effectively
• Collaborate with paralegals and staff for efficient case management
