You'll drive visual craft inside the OnePay app, setting the standard for icons, illustration, color, and motion. You'll translate inputs from across the org into a cohesive visual direction and show the way through the work itself. This role is for someone who leads by making and is AI-native in daily practice.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and direct icons, illustration, interstitials, color, and motion
• Set and maintain visual design systems for consistency at scale
• Collaborate with product, brand, and engineering teams
• Ship high-quality visual work iteratively and fast

📋 Requirements

• Portfolio showing range across digital product, illustration, and motion
• Experience working inside product teams, not just alongside them
• Active fluency with AI design tools in daily practice
• Fluent across Figma, motion design, and AI generation tools

• Experience at top fintech or design-forward companies
• Knowledge of brand-product intersection
