You'll source electrochemical components and equipment for our groundbreaking DAC plant, negotiating contracts that scale CO₂ removal. Your work directly enables cost-effective, timely delivery of hardware critical to hitting project milestones. This role stands out for its blend of technical depth and commercial impact in a mission-driven startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source mechanical, chemical, and electrical components for the plant.
• Set up and improve procurement systems that scale with the business.
• Negotiate pricing, performance, and Joint Development Agreements.
• Work closely with engineering to align specs and lead times.

📋 Requirements

• M.Sc. in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Process Engineering.
• Proven experience sourcing technical parts in a hardware startup or scale-up.
• Strong negotiation skills and track record of building supplier relationships.
• Fluent in German and English.

• Familiarity with equipment used in chemical plants or pilot facilities.
• Experience with ERP systems or building procurement systems from scratch.
