Description

You will support the product creation process from concept to commercialization, managing fabric/trim approvals, color, testing, sample reviews, costing, and compliance documents. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost negotiations, manage lab-dip requests, and maintain technical specifications.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of apparel or industry experience
• Understanding garment and textile manufacturing processes
• Knowledgeable in component costing and garment construction
• Basic understanding of international trade and product safety standards
• Ability to collaborate and self-manage

Responsibilities

• Drive development of fabric, trims, and styles for prototype approval
• Build and maintain technical product specifications (BOM, trims, labels, packaging)
• Partner with Regional Offices to drive cost negotiations and deliver product margin
• Manage lab-dip requests and collaborate on timely Color submissions
• Monitor development deliverables against Product Creation Calendar
