You'll partner with operations leaders to coach managers and drive people performance across rapidly scaling infrastructure teams. Your core impact is embedding employee advocacy into everyday management, building trust without being a compliance function.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach managers on performance conversations and team decision-making
• Map current people practices and identify gaps across departments
• Roll out performance and engagement systems adapted to operational context
• Surface department-level people risks with proposed next steps

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in an embedded People Partner or HRBP role supporting operations teams
• Experience coaching managers on performance and team dynamics
• Understanding of infrastructure or field operations team challenges
• Ability to travel regularly to FluidStack office locations
