Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of integrations between Workday and external systems for mid- to large-scale implementations. Partner with clients to understand business processes and ensure robust, scalable, and secure integrations for HCM, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and other modules.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Workday integration frameworks including Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and APIs
• Experience leading the full lifecycle of integration delivery from requirements to production support
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• Up to 30% domestic travel

Responsibilities

• Lead the Workday Integrations workstream for mid- to large-scale implementations and post-production enhancements
• Partner with client stakeholders to understand business processes, technical requirements, data flows, and security constraints
• Design scalable, secure integration architectures aligned with Workday best practices
• Identify integration risks, dependencies, and downstream impacts, proactively defining mitigation strategies
