You'll lead the team building our next major AI-driven platform that transforms how Life Sciences companies manage safety, regulatory, and clinical development. You'll build and grow the engineering organization from the ground up, with ownership of how the team works, hires, and ships. Within your first year, you'll have live customers on the platform and a thriving, growing team behind it.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit and cultivate a high-performing team of engineers
• Define and establish development processes with heavy AI tooling use
• Take ownership of product delivery end-to-end
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering management experience
• AI fluency building AI-powered products and leveraging AI tooling
• Object-oriented design and cloud-native application platforms expertise
• Unrestricted right to work in the US (no sponsorship)
