Description

You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand access to Charlie Health's virtual behavioral health treatment. Your primary focus will be building relationships with clinical partners, referral sources, and families in your community, driving market penetration and connecting more people to life-saving care.

Requirements

• Based in Chillicothe, OH
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience with overachieving KPIs preferred
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation 4-5 days/week
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Lead field meetings with patients, parents, and providers 4-5 days/week
• Deepen existing partnerships and attend networking events
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
