Description

You will join our Delivery team in Sao Paulo to spearhead the deployment of Shift's AI solutions for global insurance clients. You'll act as the cornerstone between technical teams and client stakeholders, ensuring projects move from initial scoping to scalable, long-term success. This hybrid role requires being in the office 2 days per week.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of technical project management experience with a consulting or SaaS company
• PM certification (PMP, Prince2, or CAPM)
• Fluent English speaker (written and spoken)
• Growth mindset eager to integrate AI-driven tools into workflow
• Ability to thrive in cross-functional environments and partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams

Responsibilities

• Take proactive ownership of project milestones and resolve blockers quickly
• Coordinate with technical program management to align product roadmap with project plan and release process
• Translate technical requirements into clear language for internal teams, customers, and C-level stakeholders
• Manage complex client relationships using data and emotional intelligence
• Experiment with new project management methods to improve delivery speed and quality
