Description
You will lead the operational and financial performance of a portfolio of lab and office properties, overseeing Property and Facilities Managers to drive portfolio performance and long-term value creation. This role involves strategic contributions alongside day-to-day operations, collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient property operations, strong tenant relationships, and consistent financial results.
Requirements
- Experienced real estate operations leader with sound judgment and collaborative leadership
- Strong understanding of technical and financial aspects of managing complex commercial properties
- Experience in lab or life science environments preferred
- Ability to travel to properties and construction sites regularly
Responsibilities
- Lead daily property operations, tenant relations, and team oversight
- Develop relationships with tenants, vendors, and community stakeholders
- Conduct site inspections and implement improvement plans
- Lead financial performance including revenue, expenses, and P&L
- Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance NOI and asset value
