Description

As a Lot Attendant for Carvana, you will maintain the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles at our Market Hubs, ensuring timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction. This entry-level role offers a path to increase your hourly wage through performance-based raises every 90 days.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for past 3 years
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Able to stand, walk, stoop, and work outdoors in all weather
• Able to use safety equipment including face shield, gloves, etc.
• Must be 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns
• Wash and vacuum inventory regularly
• Complete multi-point inspection on arriving inventory
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors
• Interact and communicate with team members and management
