💼 About This Role

You'll own project management and production for Meter's lean but stretched design team. In your first six months, you'll launch a trusted design intake system, give each designer back at least three hours a week, and produce a major photoshoot from vendor sourcing to final delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Triage incoming design requests and assign with clear briefs
• Coordinate photo/video shoots and manage vendors
• Create design templates for marketer self-service
• Run retros and improve design processes

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in design operations or creative production
• Experience building design intake or project tracking systems
• Independently produced photo or video shoots
• Can navigate Figma and ask design-relevant questions
